he Winter Solstice is upon us today, bringing us closer to the end of 2022. Many are surely eager to start the new year and put this one behind us, but I invite you to take some moments of stillness to reflect on the cycle that is passing.

Think back to where you were this time last year and reflect on what’s happened since then.

Here are some questions for reflection inspired by The Coven by Ruby May (which I recommend joining if you want to go deeper into Winter Solstice rituals)

• What lessons or wisdom have you received this year?

• What filled me with the most joy? When did I experience the most fun, flow and joy?

• What were some of my biggest challenges? What gifts or wisdom did these challenges bring?

• What am I proud of about this past year? What can I celebrate?

• If there was a theme to this past cycle, what was it?

• If my body could speak, what would it tell me about its experience of the past year.

Gift yourself the time to listen for the answers to these questions. Perhaps send a prayer of gratitude to this cycle for its completion.

Before moving on to some exciting updates, I want to take a moment to send you my deepest, most soul and heartfelt thank you for being here and sharing parts of this past cycle with me.

This was my first year doing this work full time after leaving my office job, which was both thrilling and terrifying.

The success of my first year pursuing this dream would not have been possible without your trust, support and presence.

I am inspired by you, and all the beautiful souls with whom I got to work this year. I admire your courage and dedication to your well-being and growth, and by how you showed up for yourself this year. Thank you!
